Text-Grab is a mini OCR utility for Windows 10/11 that can copy all visible text.

Text Grab takes a screenshot, passes that image to an OCR engine, and puts the text on the clipboard for use anywhere. The OCR functionality is done natively by the Windows API, which makes Text Grab basically no UI and no need for a constantly running background process. Working with text is more than just copying it from an image, so Text Grab has a range of different modes that make manipulating text quick and easy.

The author of this software is also the author of PowerToy Text Extractor, the full screen grab mode of this Text-Grab application is the basis of PowerToy OCR function.
