Notesnook is a free and open source note-taking application with a focus on user privacy and ease of use. Notesnook uses XChaCha20-Poly1305 and Argon2 to encrypt everything on your device.

Notesnook is also proof that privacy doesn’t (always) come at the expense of convenience. The goal is to give users peace of mind and 100% confidence that their notes are safe and secure. Deciding to go completely open source is one of the most critical steps in making this happen.

This repository contains all the code needed to build and use the Notesnook web, desktop and mobile clients.
