WinSCP is an open source graphical SFTP client for SSH used in Windows environment, and supports SCP protocol. Its main function is to securely copy files between local and remote computers, and to edit files directly.

Currently, WinSCP 5.21.3 has been released. The specific updates of this version are as follows:

• Translation update: Ukrainian.
• added newme-central-1 AWS Region.
• Bugfix: Sites whose storage passwords are protected by a master password cannot be opened from the command line. 2101
• Bugfix: Opening a session in a new window failed. 2104
