CherryTree 0.99.53 is now released. CherryTree is a note-taking software that supports unlimited hierarchical classification, written in Python, supports rich text editing and code highlighting, and supports Linux and Windows platforms. The data is stored in sqlite or XML, supports password protection, and supports data import from note-taking software such as NoteCase, KeepNote, Knowit, Tomboy, TuxCards, Treepad, and Leo.

This version updates as follows:

• Fixed encrypted file size increasing after each save without a backup of the configuration (#2178)
• Fixed a crash when changing the terminal font in the preferences dialog, and the terminal was never shown in the session (#2177)
• Some German translation fixes (#2173)
• Still unfinished languages ​​ar, el, fi, hi_IN, lt
