System76 announces the Launch Heavy, a new generation of Launch configurable keyboard, featuring a full-size design with 105 keys.pricing Starting at $299 and going up to $334 with a 3-year warranty.
As the name suggests, Launch Heavy is a bit heavier than the first-generation Launch keyboard and Launch Lite keyboard (65% configuration) introduced before.Thatin the first generationOn the basis of the Launch keyboard with 75% keyboard configuration, an additional numeric keyboard area is added.This is not available in Launch and Launch Lite.
Launch Heavy retains the layoutThe function key area at the top of the keyboard, and the split space bar design.In addition, they also provide some additional keys including System76 logo, Pop!_OS logo, rocket, robot, and color key Esc, larger Esc key, colored Up / Down, etc. as replacements.
